Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • It must be in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Note: For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as earrings) may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll resolve it immediately.
